		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more about the teachers. I couldn&#039;t agree less about the broccoli. Let&#039;s be honest, being part of the cabbage family doesn&#039;t exactly get you VIP with the popular kids, but let&#039;s look at the nutritional value:
1)indole-3-carbinol, a compound that helps deactivate estrogen that promotes tumor growth.
2)sulforaphane boosts the body&#039;s detoxification enzymes helping to clear potentially carcinogenic substances more quickly.
3)Brassica family vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale and Brussels sprouts help prevent cancer.

Now we could argue all day about the public school teachers until we&#039;re blue in the face.I feel lucky to make it out of the system as well as I did. When it comes to education and more importantly educating our youth, we must not name the blame but take it into our own hands and spend time teaching our children to eat lot&#039;s of vegetables. Steamed or raw, it&#039;s your choice.
